The many names of our God

In most African communities, the Lord is praised through the names given to him. These names are mostly metaphors depicting his power and greatness. The names can be very deep and descriptive....One of my favourites is "Omee O kachie". This is from Igbo, a language spoken by the Igbo tribe, a people who reside in the Eastern part of Nigeria.
To translate simply, "he does and he seals it". That is to say, when God handles an issue he seals it and no human, power, demon or principality can tamper with it. He puts his stamp on the matter and it is settled. Isaiah 14:27 says, for the Lord of hosts hath purposed, who shall disannul it? And his hand is stretched out, anf who shall turn it back?
That is why no one can close a door that the Lord himself has opened, he who God has blessed nobody can curse. Whatever you give to the Lord for safekeeping is safe indeed. His blessings make rich and add no sorrow Until the Lord says its over, its not yet over. He doesn't do shoddy work, he performs his wonders and leaves his divine seal so that nobody can change what he has done or even take glory for his miracles.
Why look for solutions that are not permanent? The devil can never provide lasting answers to your problems, rather he will give you with his right hand and take ten times what he has given with his left.
We have a God who is willing to "finish work" for you..lol. Stop running from pillar to post and let the Lord do his thing, sign it, seal it and deliver it to you. What are the terms and conditions? The conclusion of the matter is ...love the Lord and obey his commandments for that is the whole duty of man. (Ecclesiastes 12:13)
